As the 6th release in the “Godzilla Big Parade” series, Biollante is released as a standard-size sofvi figure. Biollante has a very unique body with no legs or tail, which often makes past figures very large and hard to display. For this release, we focused on keeping a unified size with the series.
The vines spreading on the ground are designed to act like legs and a tail, and the four tentacles are divided into two left and right parts, creating a compact and easy-to-display form unlike any previous Biollante figure.

Mold & Details

The complex body shape is simplified with Showa sofvi-style deformation, while keeping Biollante’s organic and living look.
- The back features layered plant-like textures.
- The front and sides have smoother surfaces with crawling vines.
- Different textures are used on different areas to add contrast.
The abdomen is sculpted with details characteristic of a plant-type kaiju.

Paint & Color

Biollante often appears in dark scenes in the original film, but for this figure we chose a light green body color to highlight her identity as a plant kaiju.
Green, gold, and red spray paints are layered on top, expressing a Heisei-era character in a Showa retro style.
