Q. How can I change my email address?

After logging in, you can change it via the “Edit Information” section in MY PAGE. If you have forgotten your password, please reset it via the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is confirmed, cancellations for customer convenience cannot be made. In the event of multiple cancellations, future transactions with ENKA Vinyl will be declined.
Q. Can I return my order and receive a refund?
Except when approved by the Company, cancellations, returns, refunds, exchanges, and changes to orders due to customer convenience are generally not accepted.
Q . There was a problem with the product I ordered. What should I do?
Please contact us here within 7 days of receiving the product with your order details, including the product name, order number, name, address, phone number, and email address. In the event of product damage, incorrect items, size discrepancies, or any other issues caused by the Company, we will replace the product with a new one at our expense for shipping. Please note that we may offer a refund depending on the product’s availability.
* We cannot accept exchanges or similar services in the following cases: in case of scratches, damage, or stains resulting from customer handling; if more than 7 days have passed since the product arrived without any special circumstances; and if the product has been opened, unpacked, or worn without any special circumstances.
* Please note that we cannot accept cancellations even in the event of manufacturing delays. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. How can I find out the shipping schedule for my ordered product?
A. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided on the product page. For orders in the same cart containing items with different shipping dates, all items will be shipped together once all products are in stock. We appreciate your understanding.

Q. Can I specify the delivery date?
Delivery date specification is not available. Please arrange the delivery date with the courier yourself using the tracking number provided in the delivery notification email.
Q. Can I change the delivery address for my order?
To change the delivery address, contact us here before the item is dispatched.
* Please include the following information: Order Number; Product Name; Your Name; Old Address; and New Address.

* Changing your order might cause shipping delays depending on the product and delivery conditions. Further, an additional fee may be required for changes to your order. We appreciate your understanding.
* The shipping address cannot be changed once the shipping procedure is completed. If you wish to change the address, please contact the delivery company directly.

Q. Is combined / split shipping available?
We do not accept requests for combined shipping or split shipping after the order is placed. Generally, we will ship one package per order number.

Q. How do I apply for lottery sale?
Please click the ‘Go to Lottery Form’ button on the product page to proceed to the Google Form. Fill in the required information and submit your entry.
Q. How can I find out the results of the lottery sale?
Upon completion of the lottery, we will provide details exclusively to the winners. We are unable to respond to inquiries about the lottery results. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. Is there a limit on the number of items I can purchase?
Each product has a maximum order quantity. Orders beyond the allowed quantity will be canceled.

International shipping is generally available. However, due to copyright issues, some products may be restricted to domestic shipping within Japan.

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and size of the items. Please check the shipping cost calculated at the time of purchase. Please note that we will generally ship one package per order number.
