A Heroine Character Recreated as Sofvi

From the Dynamic All Collection comes Aphrodai A, the female non-combat giant robot from Mazinger Z, recreated as a standard-size sofvi.
This is ENKA VINYL’s second female character in its standard-size sofvi line, following Cutie Honey. It is also the first time ENKA VINYL has created a different interpretation of a character that was previously produced by Towa Gangu, following their Aphrodai A released earlier this year.

Sculpt Based on Go Nagai’s Original Illustration

While most Aphrodai A sofvi are based on the anime design, this release is sculpted from Go Nagai’s original illustration.
Its most distinctive feature is the human-like facial expression inspired by the original manga. The face captures the appearance of the heroine Sayaka Yumi, and to recreate the large open cockpit on the head, the head is constructed from two separate parts.

Paintwork and Collectibility

A slightly pinkish-red mold color was selected. The paintwork is based on Go Nagai’s illustration, using a calm color palette centered around deep red, cream, and silver. The overall color scheme is inspired by classic Showa-era sofvi.
The pose has been designed to suit a female character, while the scale is unified across the Dynamic All Collection series, allowing it to be displayed alongside the other Mazinger series releases.
