Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated during the purchase process.

Shipping Method

Japan : Sagawa Express, Outside of Japan : EMS

In principle, it is not possible to change the delivery address after the product shipment has been processed.
If you wish to change the shipping address, please contact the shipping company directly.
Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping accidents that may occur if you request the delivery company to forward your order.
Product shipping times are approximate and may change without notice.
We do not offer a delivery date selection service.
Please adjust the delivery date by yourself using the shipping carrier's tracking number, which will be provided to you via e-mail at the time of shipment.
We do not accept bulk delivery or individual delivery of products after an order has been placed.
Please understand this in advance.
Items returned after the delivery office's storage period will be reshipped if you contact us within a certain period of time. In such cases, the re-shipping fee will be billed separately at actual cost.
Items that are returned unclaimed will be stored for a certain period of time and then disposed of.
We are unable to ship on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end, New Year's, and summer vacations. Please understand this in advance.

Shipping outside of Japan

As a general rule, cancellations are not accepted.
Shipping charges depend on the destination area and weight.
Site payments do not include customs duties.
Depending on your country/region, customs and other charges may apply.
Please note that customs duties are to be paid by the recipient.

Shipping to China may be subject to quantity and value restrictions.
If you are purchasing multiple items, please be careful not to exceed the restrictions for your region by splitting your order.
If customs clearance is not possible, we cannot guarantee that your order will clear customs. Please understand this in advance.

【 For customers in Taiwan 】

All personal imports into Taiwan require prior registration of consignee information with Taiwan Customs' new "EZ WAY" system.
Please download the EZ WAY application from Taiwan Customs and register your cell phone number.
If you do not register your information, your shipment will be returned to you by customs.
If your package is returned, you will be charged for the return shipping fee.
In addition, a reshipment fee will be charged for resending the package. Please understand this in advance.
