Aphrodai A Joins as the Second Towa Gangu Collaboration!

Following the great success of the anime-style Hedorah, Towa Gangu’s second figure, Aphrodai A, is now part of the "Sugoi Collaboration Series." This Aphrodai A features a rounded, soft body shape that completely reimagines the usual design—showcasing Towa Gangu’s unique deform style.
The size and volume are carefully adjusted to match with the previous Hedorah and the upcoming Woo figure, allowing for a cohesive display and increasing the collectibility of the series as a whole.

Color Expression That Connects to Nostalgic Memories

This figure features a yamabuki yellow body with a soft red-purple paint that creates a nostalgic and dreamlike atmosphere. The color scheme was inspired by how anime looked on Showa-era CRT televisions, as remembered by Mr. Nishiyama of Towa Gangu.
He reimagined those colors through his own artistic lens, creating a color expression that gently connects to memories of the past.

Towa Gangu’s First Robot Sofvi

Mr. Nishiyama is known for creating organic sofvi figures based on his belief that “all sofubi are alive.” This time, however, he took on his first-ever robot character.
Aphrodai A is the only robot character he truly loves, and he mentioned that this may be the first and last licensed robot sofvi he ever makes. This piece is filled with that special passion — don’t miss this rare and meaningful release.
